Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund.

To start a return, email support@variazo-store.co.uk with your order number. We will confirm within 2 working days and send return instructions. Please do not send anything back before we confirm.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods, to your original payment method. Original shipping is refunded only where you return the whole order or the item was faulty.

Not eligible for return: opened skincare, cosmetics and personal care items for hygiene reasons, gift cards, and anything returned used beyond normal handling.

Faulty or damaged items: email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund in full, including postage.

Cancellations: email support@variazo-store.co.uk before dispatch to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, separate from the 30-day policy above.
