Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

We deliver within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times and cost

Standard UK delivery: 2 to 5 working days, £3.99 per order. Free standard delivery on UK orders over £60.

Tracking

Where tracking is available we email it to you when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not updated for 5 working days, contact us and we will chase it.

Delays

Occasional delays happen with couriers, weather and peak periods. If your parcel is late, email support@variazo-store.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate.

Lost or damaged parcels

Tell us within 14 days if your order has not arrived, is damaged or is missing items. We will replace or refund once the courier investigation confirms the position. Please keep the packaging until the matter is resolved.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an address error, we will refund the item cost but not the original postage, and can re-send for a second postage charge.
