Who we are

These terms apply to every order placed through variazo-store.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients, sizes and results. Packaging and appearance can change between batches. Our products are cosmetics and personal care items, not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a product is mispriced, we will contact you and refund in full rather than dispatch.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout and take payment when the order is placed.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch within one to two working days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Our returns policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging, unopened cosmetics excluded for hygiene reasons, and faulty items always replaced or refunded in full.

Your conduct

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders and close accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for misuse of a product against its instructions. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography and branding, belongs to Variazo or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Complaints and disputes

Email support@variazo-store.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue within 10 working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page when you place your order.
